Justin made an appearance at the Monte Carlo Television Cocktail Party, last weekend. He was there with his wife Keisha.

The Grey’s Anatomy cast is whole again! New moms Ellen Pompeo and Katherine Heigl returned to work on the show this week, PEOPLE has learned.
“They’re both back at work and everyone’s really happy to see them,” says a show source.

Pompeo, who welcomed Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery on Sept. 15, won’t be absent from any episodes of the show thanks to the production team’s planning ahead for the actress’s maternity leave by pre-taping Meredith’s scenes.

After adopting 10-month-old baby Naleigh on Sept. 10 — and taking five weeks off to film the romantic comedy Life As We Know It — Heigl also returned to the set this week. Heigl’s character Izzie will return to Seattle Grace in the episode airing Nov. 12, the same episode where guest star Kim Raver will begin her stint on the show.

No word on whether or not Stella and Naleigh have come to work with their moms yet, but if Chyler Leigh’s experience with 5-month-old Anniston is any indication, they’re more than welcome on the family-friendly set. “My trailer is overtaken by kid’s stuff. Anniston has a buzzy chair, diapers, wipes, formula, toys,” she told PEOPLE in August. And the cast takes to it well, too. “Justin [Chambers] crowned [Anniston] baby Elvis because of her mowhawk!”

One thing is for sure — soon Anniston, Naleigh and Stella will have a new playmate: Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart are expecting their first child together next year.

Katherine attended the Premiere of her new movie The Ugly Truth yesterday July 16! She looked really great! I don’t have that many photos yet but I’m sure many more will follow!! Justin also attended! So maybe some pics of them together show up! Other Greys co-stars attending the premiere were Katie’s BFF T.R. Knight and Kate Walsh. You can see all the photos here!!

When you’re perusing the 61st Emmy nominations on Thursday (the announcements begin at 8:30 a.m. EST), don’t be shocked if it all feels so very 2008; both 30 Rock and Mad Men appear poised to once again pace the field with the most nominations (last year they lead the way with 17 and 16, respectively). Don’t get us wrong: As fans of both shows, we’re more than fine with all the Emmy love, but that doesn’t mean they’re our only favorites. If we had a ballot, here are three names we’d place at the top of the list.

Best Supporting Actor, Drama: Justin Chambers, Grey’s Anatomy

Poor Justin Chambers. His category is awash in talent, ranging from the gents of Mad Men (Vincent Kartheiser and John Slattery) to the boys of Lost (the inimitable Michael Emerson, Jeremy Davies and Josh Holloway) to even Mr. Chambers’s co-star on Grey’s Anatomy, Patrick Dempsey (he has Emmy hair!). But, hopefully there is still some room for the veteran actor. As Alex Karev, Mr. Chambers was given a rare opportunity for an actor on Grey’s Anatomy: A legitimate character arc. And he nailed it. Or, at the very least, he should get some sort of recognition for having to share all those scenes with Katherine Heigl—spending that many hours with her deserves some kind of medal.

Justin Chambers doesn’t want T.R. Knight to hang up his scrubs just yet.

“T.R. is an amazing actor and I want him to be there as long as I’m on there,” Chambers, who plays Dr. Alex Karev on Grey’s Anatomy, told us the other night at the Salvatore Ferragamo benefit for L’Aquila Earthquake victims. “He’s wonderful to work with.”

Besides, Knight’s character, Dr. George O’Malley, has so much growing to do…

“That’s one great thing about the show,” Chambers said. “All the characters have so much to explore. The audience followed these young interns coming into this hospital and now they’re residents, but they have more to learn as far as surgery, social skills and manners.”

Former Grey’s star Melissa George says she’s not convinced that Knight is definitely leaving. No matter what happens, she said, “He will go on to bigger and better things.”
